Tile Frenzy is not a very useful scenario. Valorant is all about clicking on small targets. Tile Frenzy's targets are way too big. You could post your playlist here for advice, or try one of the Valorant routines at https://github.com/officialpure/Resources/blob/main/Sharecodes.md

Shaky aim: to be expected when going to a higher sensitivity. It will improve with time. You can do a smoothness routine (see https://github.com/officialpure/Resources/blob/main/Sharecodes.md) if you want to focus on this.

Flowstate, which is an aim trainer that runs inside the R5 Reloaded Apex. Kinda tedious to install, doesn't have a huge number of scenarios, but it's running inside the actual Apex engine with the same guns and movement.
