HI, i have found www.odoo.com this tool, that seems to do a lot, I have tested it a few years ago, and it seems to have come a long way since, my question is if anyone is using or has tested this tool and of so, wich apps are you using.

it has an open source version that can be self hosted as well as their cloud hosted version with more modules available.

I mentioned it in another comment but Odoo is one of the best example of how open source could help us build that ecosystem. It has allowed them to work with a network of web agencies that customize and implement their solution

We use Espo (https://www.espocrm.com/) and while it's not the most "shiny object" ever it gets the job done relatively ok for our small team

For business usage you could also have a look at erxes, odoo, vtiger, espocrm.

Hi, i used EspoCRM in the past, and i know that it could do most things https://www.espocrm.com/. They have a Real Estate addon offered for free. Anything can be extended by new fields, or you could create a separate module with relations without programming. You could create a portal for tenant to drop in requests for repair and so on. Mail marketing is also possible. Only thing i am not sure about is payment, but there might be an extension for that. Its worth the try 😉 best regards

Monica for personal. EspoCRM for professional. They are both web-based.

It depends on what your needs are but we are using EspoCRM for our company to keep track of customer information. It also has a builtin calendar that can help you keep track of any activities, get notified thru the app - email notifications.

EspoCRM on track for prod deployment next month for the inside sales team

EspoCRM, some folks advised this, but I am concerned whether this is a really good fit for a field management.
