13 days into making my first game! Here’s what I’ve accomplished so far
I’m using this https://github.com/nvjob/nvjob-boids with a custom shader for URP. Might remove it and just add random movement to the birds as it’s not noticeable anyways.

Thank you! I’m using the plane controller: https://github.com/brihernandez/SimpleWings with the engine disabled to make it a glider. Tweaked it around a bit to fit my project and added simple touch controls.
