There isn't a single utility to monitor everything as HWiNFO but there are different ones. For temperature monitoring (CPU, SSD) and CPU fan you can use Freon. For CPU, RAM, Network and SSD usage use Indicator multiload. For discharge rate use Power Indicator. I haven't looked into GPU monitoring yet but this utility looks pretty good
