You should be able to use NUSDownloader to grab 4.3U directly from Nintendo's CDN. You can set up a script with it to simulate an update to 4.3U and pack all downloads into wads.

I downloaded it from this link:https://github.com/WiiDatabase/nusdownloader/releases/tag/v1.9-mod-nusfix.
- wiiconnect24 is down too and Wii Shop Channel is shutdown :(

I think I should use the software Better Joy for Dolphin: https://github.com/yuk27/BetterJoyForDolphin, which is based off original software called Better Joy that works for CEMU: https://github.com/Davidobot/BetterJoy.

Use betterjoy it even has motion control support and it works pretty good.

I want Skyward Sword to be released on the Switch for exactly this reason.
Actually, it appears possible to use Switch controllers with Dolphin using this[1]. I may have to set this up in the near future.
