notion-graph-view VS notion-sdk-py

I looked through the tools you recommended. I think Neuron look good on me! Closest to what I'm looking for! NotionBL also looks cool, but it makes a graph view of the Notion database not for Notion pages. I'm not a programmer, so I want an easier tool than Github Project.

Similar to the feature (that I believe) Obsidian/Roam Resarch has. Would be super cool to apply it to Notion. I've looked into it and found this but haven't tried it yet. Curious to see what other ways there are to create network graphs.

Now the problem is that the Notion API (I'm using https://github.com/ramnes/notion-sdk-py) is super slow... If the table have over 100 elements, the data needs to be retrieved in several API calls, which take ages (like 2 minutes from some of my tables...). Clearly, a chart that takes 2 minutes to load is unusable.

Maybe that's not the kind of answer you need, but you can automate this using the API. I'm no dev, and granted learning the API's syntax can be cumbersome, but with python-sdk-py that shouldn't be that hard.

I think the best source of examples for now is to look at the projects that already use the SDK.

Generate an image, upload it on any hosting service, and append an image block with notion-sdk-py. :)

That's great! I too couldn't figure out the Javascript API so I ended up using the Python SDK (https://github.com/ramnes/notion-sdk-py) instead. I still ended up having to format lots of the requests like Javascript but it made things a little easier.
