I'm building a cross-platform "desktop pet" for Linux/Win/Mac. What's a simple way to create a proper Mac application with icons and stuff?
I ended up creating a minimal .app bundle and telling users how to right-click-open to bypass the "unverified developer" warning. I guess that's a little bit less intimidating than telling them to run a terminal command...
- Very simple cross-platform "desktop pet" that I wrote to learn Go and ebitengine

A bare minimum "desktop pet" - my first ebitengine project
Hi folks, Go noob here. I wanted some project to get a feel for the language and ebitengine seemed like a simple enough framework. This one is inspired by those "desktop pets" that seemed to be popular during my teens. It only has 3 animations for now though.

How is the 7900 XTX on Linux?
I got lower fps than my friend 3090 in games and i got million less bunnies spawned in the bunny mark bench mark https://github.com/sedyh/ebitengine-bunny-mark. so my guess is the driver is still bad and you will get better performance with a 3090 even if the specs is way better on a 7900 xtx
