want to improve my Linux based Super Synth" and looking for ideas
I'd also recommend using a session manager. That way you can patch your programs/hardware and save as a file to be recalled later. You can use New Session Manager (no gui) and create scripts, or Agordejo for a GUI. This way you can have one session to function as a fancy guitar pedal, one for sampling, one for connecting to hardware synths or mics, etc..

Linux Audio Is Dead
> Seems the fork was years ago.
The article says this all started in "early 2020"; about a year and a half ago. Indeed, looking at the new-session-manager commit history, the fork was started in April 2020[1], and first announced in June 2020[2].

There’s also Cardinal, a free plug-in version of VCV which is very good: https://github.com/DISTRHO/Cardinal
