Ebitengine v2.4.0 released - Truly pure Go for Windows, DirectX performance improvement, etc.
Thank you for all the hard work! I used Ebitengine to build a simple visual element to a monte carlo simulation and really enjoyed it. I keep wanting to use it to make a video game with my kids but never seem to find the time. One day.

Which GUI platform and why?
+1 for Fyne. I've used Ebiten to create a graphical monte carlo simulation to estimate pi and really enjoyed it. But if the OP specifically mentioned Fyne, it sounds like they are looking for something with a bunch of built-in widgets which Ebiten doesn't have (to my knowledge) as it is focused strictly on 2d game dev.

NZBHydra2 with NZBGet
SABnzbd 4 has been rewritten and optimized to such a degree that the GIL isn't really an issue any longer. On some multicore CPUs it even seems to spread the load better and give higher speed than nzbget. In your case you may need to tweak the config variables described here: https://github.com/sabnzbd/sabnzbd/discussions/2474
