MX Player automatically reads and pastes from your clipboard.
Not relevant to this thread , but I personally use 'just player' , no bullshit lightweight video player app, although it doesn't offer as much features as MX or VLC for that matter, but works for almost all videos and have never ran into any issue with it.

Also I might be wrong I don't know much about coding and stuff but if it's possible then this app could rely on JustPlayer as the video player in the app. This may reduce NOVA's developer workload for video player. This app could be an awesome media library with modern design.

- Apple claims they've supported Dolby Vision encoding for a while, yet Quicktime won't even display the video (just audio) and other apps I've tried like IINA have the tint (shown in the image). Is Apple "lying" (it isn't as straightforward as they make it out to be) or am I doing something wrong?

What is the current state of Dolby Vision on Plex? I know there are nuances with different hardware, but does anyone know if it works on an Nvidia Shield?
I use dovi-Tool to extract and convert from a DV BluRay enhancement layer to profile 8 compatible RPU, and then inject that RPU back into the base layer for a profile 8.1 compatible stream. Then I mux it with the audio stream(s) using Dolby‘s MP4 stream muxer.
