25GB movie has green/purple tint. People say its due to TV not supporting Dolby, but I have support for HDR and dolby vision/atmos.. What is going on?

  The Dolby MP4 streaming muxer (dlb_mp4base) is a software implementation of a muxer of fragmented or unfragmented ISO base media file format (mp4). It supports muxing of Dolby Digital (AC-3), Dolby Digital Plus (E-AC-3), and Dolby AC-4 audio formats as well as Dolby Vision.

  

You need to demux the video and audio using something like mkvcleaver (from mkvtoolnix) and then mux it again using mp4muxer (https://github.com/DolbyLaboratories/dlb_mp4base)

Depends on the player used, device, and etc. I highly wouldn't recommended using VLC for playing Dolby Vision files, if you have Plex or Emby they will play dolby vision files just fine. But if not and just want to play locally instead, use Just Player
