Wow. First I create p2pool where everyone mines on their own block templates. Then there's a pool that creates block templates for them. Now they ask how to mine on their own block template. LOL. Now a quiz: read https://github.com/jtgrassie/monero-pool/blob/master/sss.md and find why exactly self select is incompatible with p2pool. Also, it's an outdated half-measure that only mattered before p2pool.

What stats are you trying to check? AFAIK to get feedback on total pool hashpower you need to install some dedicated pooling software, like This or That. With that you also get a nice webgui.
