Wow. First I create p2pool where everyone mines on their own block templates. Then there's a pool that creates block templates for them. Now they ask how to mine on their own block template. LOL. Now a quiz: read https://github.com/jtgrassie/monero-pool/blob/master/sss.md and find why exactly self select is incompatible with p2pool. Also, it's an outdated half-measure that only mattered before p2pool.

I built a Monero mining pool (monero-pool) and operate a fairly large private pool which uses it. So I'd like to think I do know a little about the subject.

Our pool is using https://github.com/jtgrassie/monero-pool , do you have any experience with it. I don't wanna mess our pool.

So we have made a monero pool with https://github.com/jtgrassie/monero-pool and we intend on making it public for anyone to mine on. But are there any settings in the pool.config or any other monero files that we should change to make it more secure/better?
