{HELP} I don't understand MMPM (Magic Mirror Package Manager)
I am trying to access this module : https://github.com/Bee-Mar/mmpm But the documentation does not describe how to connect to it and it's written in a very unfriendly way for new linux users. Luckily they have a "quick install" script like I mentioned in my post and it installs fine it seems, but there is NO port or anything listed to access it so i'm confused and a bit frustrated.

Midori on Raspi Zero W shows Borders and Headerbar in Fullscreen
After messing around with the pi2 for the last few days, I have it working and it's doing great! I just had an epiphany... I installed MMM remote control (https://github.com/Jopyth/MMM-Remote-Control) and I have the MMM scheduler (https://github.com/ianperrin/MMM-ModuleScheduler). They both work to control what you see when. In the remote control module you can make the screen full screen. And control modules from your mobile device (or anything that is on your network, really). I think I'm going to clone my configuration and see how it works. Then I can just full screen from the app, and one is all you need. Going to try it tomorrow (Fingers crossed)

How do you turn off/on your SmartMirror?
I'm not sure I fully understand the questoin, but you might look into the MMM-Remote-Control module. It hosts a website, accessible by any device on your network, that can turn on/off the screen, reboot/shutdown the Pi, and a whole host of other functions.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing mmpm and MMM-Remote-Control you can also consider the following projects:
docker-lirc-watcher - Listens to LIRC daemon and sends it to MQTT
MMM-awesome-alexa - Turn your MagicMirror into an 'Amazon Echo'. Activated when you say 'Alexa'.
