QIDI proprietary thumbnail format
If you want the thumbnail out of Orca I'd think you could take that code and port it to whatever and add it is a post processing script. You'd just need to find the base64 PNG in the gcode, decode it, and run it through your process to generate the funky thumbnail. There's some Python in here that does similar RGB bit shifting but I didn't look close enough to see where/if they differ: https://github.com/Jeredian/mks-wifi-plugin/blob/develop/MKSPreview.py .
- Why is web ui for Ghost 6 just showing option for upload and update of firmware?

Neptune 2S thumbnails when using Superslicer
No that's different than what I'm talking about, what you are referring to is a hardware upgrade, I'm referring to the software plugin for Cura that generates a compatible thumbnail for the mks tft screen, that same plugin will also allow you to connect cura to the hardware addon but even without that you need it installed.in cura if you want thumbnails. https://github.com/Jeredian/mks-wifi-plugin just above the install instructions is the relevant bit: "Get preview on 3D printer srceen when using MKS Robin TFT35 or MKS TFT35 LCD."
- Help I need with setting up the preview thumbnail

MKS WiFi Plugin not working with Cura 4.10.0

Model Preview not working on Flyingbear Ghost 5
Regular Cura doesn't add bitmaps to the gcode file. The option may be greyed out because the MKS plugin doesn't support a bitmap for your printer. You might be able to contact the developer of the plugin on Github and ask a question there.

Large gcode timeout
For other slicers, you will need to use a script like ArcWelder (Cura Plugin) (Script for other slicers)

What causes these ringing artifacts? Using E3V2 with orbiter DD.
I also see you are running jyers, is it possible to switch to the latest professional or Marlin bugfix branch? Lots of fixes that went it and professional also has support for arc welder https://github.com/fieldOfView/Cura-ArcWelderPlugin which is very useful in prints like these incase if faulty sdcards as such
- Any idea about why the texture is suddenly weird? It should be smooth from the bottom to the top
- Getting holes and visible layer lines depending on shape of what I'm printing

Cura 4.11. crashing after start "Windows fatal exception: code 0xc0000374"
It is always possible that either my plugin or the command line gcode processor that does the arcwelding magic does something it is not supposed to, but unless that gets reported in the proper channels with the required logs to see what happened, there is nothing I can do about it and - if it is indeed an issue with my plugin - it will not be fixed. The proper channel is https://github.com/fieldofview/cura-arcwelderplugin/issues
- (Newbie) Question - How is it possible that this model comes out smooth?

My benchy is bumpy on the bow.
The only thing you can do is try archwelder https://github.com/fieldOfView/Cura-ArcWelderPluginfor either the Octoprint or the Cura. It will reduce the number of tiny movements by combining them into larger ones, so you get less zits.
