I also see you are running jyers, is it possible to switch to the latest professional or Marlin bugfix branch? Lots of fixes that went it and professional also has support for arc welder https://github.com/fieldOfView/Cura-ArcWelderPlugin which is very useful in prints like these incase if faulty sdcards as such

Cura 4.11. crashing after start "Windows fatal exception: code 0xc0000374"
It is always possible that either my plugin or the command line gcode processor that does the arcwelding magic does something it is not supposed to, but unless that gets reported in the proper channels with the required logs to see what happened, there is nothing I can do about it and - if it is indeed an issue with my plugin - it will not be fixed. My benchy is bumpy on the bow.
The only thing you can do is try archwelder https://github.com/fieldOfView/Cura-ArcWelderPluginfor either the Octoprint or the Cura. It will reduce the number of tiny movements by combining them into larger ones, so you get less zits.
