Ones I can recommend for a beginner are Fedora, Linux Mint and Ubuntu.

Beginner to Linux
The distro I always reccomend for beginners is linux mint with the cinnamon DE (no it does not matter what that is). This is the most user friendly windows like experience you can get except the store is the thing you'd actually want to use unlike windows where you have to get some shady msi apps.

Fix for OpenFreezeCenter for Arch Linux.
Hey guys I stumbled upon a piece software called 'OpenFreezeCenter ' as I was looking for fan control software/Dragon Center equivalent for Linux and something that works for the MSI GS66 10th Gen. This software is great but is unmaintained and frankly doesn't work out the box. I decided to fix some of the errors & issues and decided to fork the project here with clear instructions if you are interested or are a fellow 10th Gen GS66 Arch Linux user, enjoy!
