Economic Heroku replacement for monorepo with Django server + Vue.js SPA?

Economic Heroku replacement for monorepo with Django server + Vue.js SPA?
Now I have a monorepo with a Django SPA, it makes a little bit less sense to keep using it, especially because Heroku makes me pay per app, and I don't want to pay for two apps while the SPA build is like a static file and should not be pricy IMO. I know I could use Django server to serve the SPA build, but it seems a little bit clunky to configure.
