Connecting a Google home to a Bluetooth speaker or amp is a bit crappy. (Always disconnects) So I would set up a raspberry pi running this if you use Spotify it YT music.

Who are these people?
Officially it is browser only, though you can make it a Chrome app. There are open source Electron wrappers for it though which will make it a “desktop app” in the same sense that Spotify/Tidal is a “desktop app” (The Spotify and Tidal “desktop apps” are also just Electron wrappers for their browser versions).
