Custom Events in the Blocky World: Using JFR in Minecraft
I'm not sure how much of the built in JFR a mod for Minecraft called Spark uses but it is a fairly common tool for debugging and visualising lag on modded servers https://spark.lucko.me/

[To Oracle cloud users] Performance issues on a free tier ampere instance. Is it normal?
Got a spark report? These reports can help you figure out what's taking the most time in your tick loop.

Optimising a PC for hosting a Minecraft server
Lowering your simulation distance will probably help quite a bit -- 12 is quite large. If you're running on 1.19, villagers may be a source of lag, however, I would first check with spark to see what specifically is causing lag.

1FPS after few minutes in a world.
I would take the debug piechart with a grain of salt (it's very easy for mods to get it into a messed up state where a section is opened but not closed, miscategorizing all the events that happen after it). The best profiler is spark. When you experience performance issues, do a spark profile for a minute or two

How do i know what mod is makes my modpack ultra slow/heavy?
You can use something like spark to try and diagnose the issue, although I think it’s kinda complex.

What is everyone using now?
Plan (short for PLayer ANalytics, it gathers information about player activity and makes it easy for everyone to check their own statistics in a nice web UI. i found that long-term players like to have an idea of how much time and work they put into the server since they joined. you as the admin get access to everyone else's statistics, plus some helpful server stats)
-
World-specific Player Stats Plugin
Have you looked into Plan? From what I remember, it should show statistics per world.
-

Server Player logging
May not be what you want but it does give lots of insight into your players and it keeps track of some plugins https://github.com/plan-player-analytics/Plan
-
Content creator domains
You could use Plan. It will show a graph of which ips are being used to join among other statistics

Player analytics plugin, only people who played on the server can access web interface?
I am trying out PLAN plugin to be able to visualise player stats etc. But ive noticed that not everyone can access the web page, only people that have played on the server before can. I dont find anything about this being a thing on the plugins page, or in any of the documentation. IP whitelist is disabled, so im very confused.
