Lightning Node Off-Chain Transaction Data
Real life data on LN is by design very difficult to obtain, and as a result it tends to be quite valuable. My blockchain teacher at uni implemented a LN traffic simulator for data analysis purposes, you might find it useful by itself or be willing to improve it for your purposes.
