Manual Scan to make FBNeo playlist(s) using XML DAT option and select an XML DAT downloaded from here: https://github.com/libretro/FBNeo/tree/master/dats/

Anyway way to make two separate playlists with one core?
Here you can download the dats

finalburn neo - updating romsets without redownloading?
You better learn to use ROM manager tools, I would recommend clrmamepro or romvault, you can generate the DAT files directly from the standalone version ( https://github.com/finalburnneo/FBNeo/releases ) by grabbing the nightly build, then go "Misc" -> "Generate dat file" -> "Generate all dats...", or you can download it from here: https://github.com/libretro/FBNeo/tree/master/dats

RetroArch Config Help
There should be an "official" dat file from libretro somewhere, I always struggle to find it. There is also one for Fbneo

Run And Gun on PS3 Retroarch
That's a konami GX game using konami's ROZ layer, your PS3 is probably running out of memory because of it. See https://github.com/libretro/FBNeo/issues/505 for more information about this issue.

Rom Management Woes
To curate ROMs you will need also the DAT files (databases) from the curating groups, in order to scan, rebuild, verify and rename your sets\files: No-Intro: https://datomatic.no-intro.org/index.php?page=download&s=243 ReDump: http://redump.org/downloads/ TOSEC: https://www.tosecdev.org/downloads MAME: https://www.progettosnaps.net/dats/MAME/ FBNeo: https://github.com/libretro/FBNeo/tree/master/dats

RetroArch Android Help!
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I did not rename the files. I have tried manual scan in RetroArch with Arcade DAT file from https://github.com/libretro/FBNeo/tree/master/dats but that does not seem to help.

Arcade buttons + controllwr
You might be able to do this with meleu's Joystick Selection script, available either standalone or as part of RetroPie-Extra. I would try, set the gamepads to always use players 1 and 2, then let the arcade controls remain default/unset. So when the gamepads are connected they'll take priority, and then when they aren't, I think the arcade controls should still work in place.

Web browser on kodi
If you are ok with a standalone web browser Then https://github.com/Exarkuniv/RetroPie-Extra has a few web browsers in the supplementary folder.

Why do you stick with Retropie?
Well you have this repo with a ton of new ports https://github.com/Exarkuniv/RetroPie-Extra

What’s the strangest or most obscure game/system/port/etc. you’ve ever got to run on RetroPie?
Have you tried this scriptmodule for lr-same_cdi? https://github.com/Exarkuniv/RetroPie-Extra/blob/master/scriptmodules/libretrocores/lr-samecdi.sh
- Can anyone please point me to a port collection pack for a retropie?

Trouble installing lr-same_cdi from RetroPie-Extra
I'm running RetroPie 4.8 on a Raspberry Pi 3 B+. I've been trying to install lr-same_cdi from RetroPie-Extra but it seems like it's hanging up in the same place every time. The install seems to go fine for the first several minutes, but it inevitably hangs up while compiling src/emu/devcb.cpp. Eventually it will error out with the standard "could not build" error:

DPAD - Hydra Castle Labyrinth
Interesting, I used Exarkuniv’s version from this GitHub. I am on a PiBoy DMG, I don’t know if that makes a difference? Usually any port that works on a standard controller works on it.

retropie debian Ports Wolf4sdl resolution
The ecwolf package available in RetroPie-Extra is based off of wolf4sdl and includes full controller remapping (so you can use dual analog sticks like a modern FPS title).
