Your old Nano S won't work with the latest Ledger Live and is probably too old to update in one shot for the new firmware. You may need to grab an old version of Ledger Live from github: https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-live-desktop/releases

Uninstall the updated version and install older 2.42.0 version. https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-live-desktop/releases

If you can't find a solution on their website https://multidoge.org/ then you can try asking the developer-sub if they know how to access it.

You can just go straight to https://multidoge.org/ To by pass it :) but I’ll tag u/langer_hans here as they work on the multidoge wallets/website see if they can sort something out when they get a spare 5mins

The fee estimation you're seeing on multidoge.org may be incorrect. I downloaded and opened the wallet myself and I'm actually getting a, "Warning: fee estimation is currently not possible" message. Note that the prices of network fees are universal and correlate with general network congestion/inputs. The only way you would pay more or less for fees is if your wallet also charges you fees for sending or receiving; Exodus does not.

You really shouldn't be using Multidoge!!! But, if you really have to, try downloading the platform-agnostic executable jar (multidoge-exe-full.jar) from the v0.1.7 release page
