Kivy current state of the development and the Roadmap

The release notes are a bit more complete than the changelog you linked, but yeah, they are composed from commits and issues on github. I don't think anyone is writing this up in between releases, you'd probably have to get involved with commit log if you want to know ahead of time

Does kivy support drawing over other app

It's not clear exactly what you are asking for, but support for shaped windows was merged back in 2017, it probably covers part of what you want to accomplish ... see the relevant shape_mode, shape_image, shape_cutoff and other related properties in Window documentation

[Kivy] How to Get Faster Load Time With Async (Google API & Kivy's UrlRequests)?
1 project | reddit.com/r/kivy | 25 Aug 2021
UrlRequest is just a wrapper to use http.client in a thread, see implementation on github. You could implement something similar for the firebase client to get parallel requests.
Code that worked in Kivy 1.11.1 doesn't work in 2.0.0 when creating multiple instances of a custom widget.

This appears to be a known issue, that predates 1.11, you may have just been lucky. See: https://github.com/kivy/kivy/issues/4982

Help with Python(3) string formatting
1 project | reddit.com/r/learnpython | 10 Dec 2021
Ok, update: The problem is now fixed, I did some further debugging and found out that simply printing the values has no issues but displaying through Urwid, does. Further since readline() returns \r\n and not just \n, I decided to strip of the last to characters and that fixed the trailing question mark. I fixed the problem with \t using a simple .replace("\t", " ") . So all in all, I asked the question before trying all the possible solutions. Still Thanks to whoever tried to help me. I hope this post serves as reference to those who face similar problems after me.
What do you NOT like about Rust?

As someone coming from Python, I've had more than enough opaque duck-typed errors from urwid and I'd like my error messages to fit on one page.

One question. Which is the best python library for TUI?
I used to use http://urwid.org/ but It needs a lot of code to do the stuffs.
I look for a library that is packaged in Debian (if something is in Debian, it is standard and has long life).

You might also consider more modern approach like blessed or maybe go low-level in the style of how urwid handles terminal input and output.
