Is Kami Blue a virus?

Phobos = …?
The client was one of the best client (free) for cpvp when it came out. It was leaked to public and one few of the leaked versions were ratted. Few ppl got ratted and ppl talked a log about it. There is link to cleaned version https://github.com/Gopro336/CLEAN_Phobos_1.9.0-BUILDABLE-SRC
