KAMI Blue is an open source and completely safe client that is trusted by a lot of people. Don't check .jars on Virus Total it is useless. Code of the KAMI Blue client

Best free utility client?
ravenb+ is by far one of my most fav one for pvp. Overall use wud go to liquidbounce tho it's interface is controversial.Meteor(up to 1.18.1 only tho) and Impact are one of the most of og, can't go wrong with them. Wurst isn't a bad choice either.
