Here's a free list of publicly available channels from around the world: https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv Might be worth trying to make sure it works with your Roku. If not, could always invest in an Android TV box

Exactly!!! So close but so Far. I switched to open-tv https://github.com/Fredolx/open-tv which has buffering and uses mpv
