Here https://github.com/rkent/bdbd2_ws/blob/main/scripts/ros2_build.sh is the script that I used to install galactic on my nano. I found it easier to build galactic from source on Ubuntu 18 than try to use docker. I have not tried it with humble, but presumably the principles are the same.
