New version of sgf-render CLI
I've just realized that the way --kifu currently works id doesn't pay attention to --first-move-number so this will be a little funky. I've opened an issue to fix that. I'll probably get to it in the next week or so (if I don't find time today).

Huh! I actually wrote a utility to render diagrams (https://github.com/julianandrews/sgf-render) and looking around a bunch all the diagrams I saw skipped 'I' so I did the same.
