Hyperion grabber app?
Is there an Hyperion grabber app for Tizen? Something like the one for WebOS.

First Ambilight project (RPi 3B+ running HyperHDR). It took a LOT of hours but I'm pretty happy with the results!
Alright. You should check out Hyperion on webOS (which is a video grabber for webOS and PicCap for a user-friendly UI. This solution does require that you root your webOS tho, which I can't do at the moment because my TV got the latest software update that patched the root exploit method. I'm definitely going to try it when possible and see how it works!

GFN Ultimate with TV Oled LG C2
Technically, the LG C2 should be more than capable of 4K and 120 Hz, as the free Moonlight client (https://github.com/mariotaku/moonlight-tv) shows. When and if the WebOS GFN client will be updated to offer the full experience is anyones guess unfortunately.

Can the Nvidia Shield Pro decode 4k 120fps?
I am using moonlight on my LG C8 and the surround sound does not work for me, I only get stereo. Check out this github issue for background info. YMMV of course but I would not get my hopes up

Stream 4K hdr gaming from pc to living room tv over lan possible?
You can sideload https://github.com/mariotaku/moonlight-tv onto the TV, and use Nvidia Game Streaming to stream your desktop to the TV directly through the TVs apps. It works great, can do 4k + HDR + controller passthrough and has low latency over wired ethernet. It's similar to using an Nvidia Shield, but won't cost you anything.
