Looking for best practices related to CrowdSec on my setup (Ubuntu Server -> CloudFlare Tunnels)

A Dummies Guide to Matrix
I have a Ubuntu server 22.04.1 LTS VM set up with Portainer running. I have NPM running through docker-compose in portainer. Is the best way to get crowdsec docker or maybe docker-compose? I see the instructions for docker, but get lost on how to get it all set up. I see the docker-compose example, but don't know enough to adapt it to my setup.
