I wouldn't call it a "bypass". All you need to do is mimic the official client. The more you mimic the official client, the better results you get. ik discum isn't async, but you don't need to use discum. Someone just needs to fork a lib (discord.py, hata (https://github.com/HuyaneMatsu/hata), etc etc there're tons of libs) and modify it to mimic the client.

In this post, I will guide you how to make a simple Discord Bot in Python, using a library called interactions.py. Requirements: You need to have a good view with Python first as making a Discord Bot isn't exactly considered as beginner-friendly.

They announced the partnership on the 9th, IIRC, so they might still be in the planning stages. I’ve got no idea what will come of it, nor (to be honest) why it’s happening in the first place. It doesn’t sound like a merger, just an assurance of interoperability.

The other lib I might try also in the future is interactions.py due to its benchmarks and its purity for only being able to support the interactions api. The lib is also rather unstable for now so I'll wait for its full-blown stable release.
