Brainstorm? RGB smart bulbs controlled by Lutron Caseta no-neutral dimmer?
HA has a custom integration for Spengler, but looks like the color and brightness functionality was removed. (https://github.com/jfarmer08/ha-sengledapi). I installed it and found it only controlled ON/OFF. But agree - would be better to do this entirely locally via HA Instead of having to go through a HA-to-Alexa Integration.

Can you use a zigbee button to control a wifi bulb?
If you're using the Sengled wifi bulbs, I'd say yes. It looks like someone created an extension to control them through an unofficial API

If you have or don't mind setting up home assistant, I found this https://github.com/vwt12eh8/hassio-ecoflow You could get state of charge from the battery, and set up an automation that turns on/off the smart plug according to it.
