I consider myself a lazy old-school VR gamer: I like re-experiencing old games in VR, seated and with a controller. My favorite games in VR are all VR mods or VR ports of games: all Doom engine games and whatever crazy wads I can find on moddb.com (check out the Jazz Jackrabbit wad and the Zombies Ate My Neighbors wad!), Quake, Gamecube/Wii games, and Yooka Laylee using the Vooka Raylee mod, Myst VR, The Talos Principle VR.

I am playing GZDoomVR (https://github.com/hh79/gzdoomvr/releases), and trying to UVMax Sunlust in VR (with the voxel mod, though rip my bony bois and spiders, but he's up to O of Destruction in Doom 2 :D).

In order to play Doom, Doom 2, Hexen, and Heretic you'll have to get those games (preferably legitimately, but that's your decision) and copy the WAD files to use them in QuestZDoom. The official QZD website has a section on how to play the "commercial games" with QZD.
