I'm back with a new guide. This time, I worked on a complete starter guide for all first-time Steam Deck users. I've tried my best to cover all the basics and help you get going the moment you get your Deck. I plan to regularly update the post, so if I missed something, I'll get back to writing.
Release page is here, and there's a demo video here. If you (or anyone) decide to check it out, I'd love to hear any feedback!

I like using my Deck with moonlight when within or around my house
In case you're interested, I made an app to make it easier to stream Game Pass games via Moonlight and add them to your Steam library on the Deck (demo video). Releases page is here and more info + install instructions are here. If you decide to try it, let me know what you think!

I made an open source application to simplify the process of streaming Game Pass games from a desktop PC to the Steam Deck! Alpha release is available now, more info in the comments (NVIDIA GPU required)

> That said, these things work flawlessly on the Deck.
Likely due to running into these graphics driver -> WM and similar compatibility issues and fixing them. The other performance improvements from kernel changes probably don't hurt either.
