HeroicBashLauncher
Directly launch any Epic Games Store and GOG game from anywhere without Heroic on Linux.
Since February Proton-GE has been renamed (explanation here). To avoid confusion, I think you should call it GE-Proton in your guide: it's with this name that it can be found in ProtonUp-Qt for example. By habit everybody keeps on calling it Proton-GE, it's quite confusing for a beginner who can think that Proton-GE and GE-Proton are 2 different things.
Yes, there are drivers for Linux, but it's not working on deck right out of the box https://github.com/medusalix/xone
But for Heroic, afaik you need this, though I am still working on the guide and can't 100% confirm.
Release page is here, and there's a demo video here. If you (or anyone) decide to check it out, I'd love to hear any feedback!
Check out Syncthing. It's a privacy-friendly, open source file sharing program. You can install it on your PC and install the app on your steamdeck from the Discover store. You can add folders on your PC to share with your steamdeck, it works OTA, and it has granular options like 'receive only'/'send only' and archiving.
Also try Heroic Games Launcher. You can install it directly from the Steam Deck’s Desktop Store and it allows you to install and play games from your GOG.com and Epic Games Store library using a GUI.
