Dual-pane file managers like Midnight Commander. Been using these since the days of Norton Commander on DOS; I even wrote my own for Unix/DOS in those days before Midnight Commander came out and I got lazy (https://github.com/gramster/gc3). I would live in Midnight Commander if not for the constant “the shell is already running a command” bugs.

I need help! I believe I have someone able to see my screen, record my keys, alter windows sys files, alter reg keys, phish webpages, inject custom script-code into genuine windows apps, load webpages as installers, fake uninstall, fake shutdown, tons more from one file. Please tell me anything!

I made an alternative to convar helper so you can easily activate your favorite cheats and other vconsole commands, and it's versatile enough to use for other purposes too!

You could try (and I have no affiliation with) http://autohotkey.com - then allocate the key to something like ctrl-F13 (often unused - but reachable via sending system keystroke).

retrieving AHK 'version.txt' screwed up by "Cloudflare's Challenge Campaign"?
Honestly, it's a bit silly of autohotkey.com to have such strict protections, especially on its downloads. You may be able to workaround by using the github releases instead which are far less restrictive.
