Question regarding Foundry Compendiums, data formats, and exporting to a parsable format.
Even presuming that an existing import tool (like Data Toolbox) is sufficient for your exact re-import needs and thus work wouldn't need to be done there, building a reliable exporter is unlikely to be substantially easier than just building a tool that does what you're after purely in Foundry.
- Is there a process, feature or module to help with actually making Roll Tables not be so painful?

Import compendium from Encounter+ (EncounterPlus)
I've never tested it, but maybe you can do it with the Data Toolbox module and a xml to csv converter.
