Even presuming that an existing import tool (like Data Toolbox) is sufficient for your exact re-import needs and thus work wouldn't need to be done there, building a reliable exporter is unlikely to be substantially easier than just building a tool that does what you're after purely in Foundry.

I've never tested it, but maybe you can do it with the Data Toolbox module and a xml to csv converter.

You can use Data Toolbox module to input data into a compendium from CSV.

Some modules I can think of for universal use would be a custom resource tracker which adds custom resources to each token. In a si-fi campaign, you can give token extra stats like shielding / barriers and have a way to track their HP.

just add a resource to keep track of it? you can track up to three resources by default but there are modules that add custom resources, for ex. Resource Tracker
