I don’t have what you’re looking for but I have a solution for your screwdriver problem. Here is a video explaining how it works.

I have ftpd on my 3ds and I use FTPCafe FTP Client on my Android phone, then i download DS roms on my phone, after this I share internet (hotspot) to my 3DS, start ftpd on it, then put the IP that it says on the phone.

It isn't a piracy tool it is a service, they have to do security step to prevent bot making their server go to oblivion. If you want to bypass this you can simply download games via torrent and use either nut or Ownfoil.

The software used for USB installs is also fully open source (it's python) and you can actually skip using it since tinfoil also supports MTP installs: https://github.com/blawar/nut

I recommend using NUT with Tinfoil: https://github.com/blawar/nut It does it all and more pretty seamlessly and it’s what Tinfoil officially supports.

Think you can use NUT https://github.com/blawar/nut to host game files on a network and manually add a link in tinfoil to the NUT server.

I installed nut https://github.com/blawar/nut and added a couple of nsp games and they show up in the files list after a scan. I can even open up the server in chrome via http and it shows the games in the list.
