Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.

For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Petition to incorporate Latency into the native client
I own the library Ping Logger which just adds in the latency of all the current users next to their name. I find it incredibly helpful and useful, especially when people get hiccups. If you see someone spike to 2000 or something, you can expect to just wait for them to come back.

Hosting games, some questions
You can check if the lag is network related with https://foundryvtt.com/packages/ping-logger

Internet crushes with more than one player
We had a similar thing occur in our Starfinder game, though the symptoms were more widespread and affected everyone. The slowdown affected everyone: simply moving across the canvas took ages, and actions took very long to show up in the chat log. This would also show up in the Ping Logger output as a very high ping (12k ping, which is 12 seconds, the time it took any one of our computers to querry the host's computer).

N00b Qs from Roll20 veteran
I would advise trying self-hosting first and if it works well for you then you're good to go. If you have lag, then perhaps look into a hosting platform. I'd also advise getting the Ping Logger mod. It shows the ping speed for each user next to their name. That way you can see if any lag is user specific or if all users are having issues.

So... compendia / compendiums
You are right, it's a feature within the pf2e game system. I don't know an addon for that but i recommend https://gitlab.com/fvtt-modules-lab/quick-insert. It opens a search bar when pressing ctrl+space that finds actors, items, stuff in your compendium etc.

Pathbuilder appreciation post, especially given how much content is dropping with the upcoming Treasure Vault item supplement
MrPrimate, the guy who wrote/maintains the DDB importer, has indeed put out a pathbuilder importer. I haven't tested it, and the last time someone tried to maintain a similar module they gave up because the foundry system moved too quickly to keep up with given their effort, but this is very in his wheelhouse, conceptually, so maybe this time'll be different. It really isn't that much effort to transfer choices from PB to Foundry though, especially with a little QoL support.

Looking for a way to search inside Journal entries
Search Anywhere will search the contents of Journals (the GitLab page states "Full text content search inside Journal Entries, Item description, Actor bio & Rollable Table description (world's entity only)"), but only those that are world objects (not those in Compendiums). If you have tried it before and it hasn't worked for you, you might look through its settings. It doesn't look like the author of Quick Insert will implement the same feature.
