Where do I start creating a game system?
I found looking at the Boilerplate system to be crucial in helping me understand how a foundry game is supposed to be structured. Also if it's similar to already existing systems, looking at them for "hey how do you implement xyz" is going to be really helpful (and in my case, the game system I was looking at was also built on Boilerplate).

soo, my actors are all with this ugly format of the sheets, is there any plugin that makes a sheet like the normal format for 5e
Personally, I prefer Tidy5e Sheet. It's not remotely like the official character sheet, but it's better organized the the default sheet IMO.

Must Have Modules for Version V.10
Tidy5e Sheet. This might be more of a nice-to-have, it's just so much prettier and more usable than the vanilla character sheets.

Beginner guides/module tips
Tidy 5E Sheet is an alternate character sheet for 5E. I believe it's the most popular of the alternative character sheets. There's also D&D Beyond Character Sheets for aping the look of D&D Beyond, if your players are more familiar with that layout.
