Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

dnd5e Active Effects Modules for minimalists
Almost all of these modules depend on a library module: More Hooks 5e, which enables several new hooks for the 5e system that make detecting when an item is rolled much easier. That module itself depends on libWrapper, so both are marked as dependencies for some of these modules.

Maybe a bit exagerrated, but every time I look of the documentation for macros or to try to make a module, I get so confused as to how to use things
The short and mildly helpful answer is "Use LibWrapper."
