Ravendawn - Upcoming Pixel Based MMORPG
Open Source Engine and a very well edited open source client used for the Tibia OT servers and "Pokemon" RPG's you have seen online in the same style, It is the game r/TibiaMMO for those curious on the original game, never played it as I was a Ultima Online player in my early gaming days but it is obvious to anyone who knows about the game.

4 Times I Felt Discriminated Against for Being a Female Developer
>Do you mean that more people get into gaming because of modding?
not only - there's almost 25 years old game called Tibia
which has/had strong botting community (shitton of hundreds/thousands of lines in lua/custom languages) that were exping all days
but also private servers / open source community - basically people rewrote game server in cpp with lua scripting capabilities and made it open source
https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver
shitton of people were also involved into databases (mysql or long time ago xml databases) or web applications (mostly php)
