The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Tried to bring out detail & color delta from the WD1657+343 dataset (R:2.00µm, G:3.56µm, B:2.77µm)
These datasets are pre-calibrated and pre-composited, but you could get better results by de-banding individual frames before stacking. I've had excellent results in other cameras smoothing the gains of whole rows by a 5-wide gaussian kernel, or the best results I've seen were from passing the images through a de-striping neural network called WDRNN
What are some alternatives?
