[Android] MJ PDF Reader has got a big update (V1.4.3+). A very fast and lightweight PDF Viewer.
I really really tried to make MJ PDF Reader available on F-droid. If you are willing to read, you can see this loong thread.

Proton calendar not in fdroid, but protonmail is
Apps don't just magically appear, they must be requested see https://gitlab.com/fdroid/rfp -- ProtonVPN is present but none of the other Proton apps are but as others have mentioned you can get them from other F-Droid compatible repos.
