Hey all, I’m Caving in
For anything more advanced, you might want to look into extDB3. But the learning curve there is pretty steep, but there are lots of answers on the forums for getting everything set up. The benefit being the data is stored in SQL db files, which can be modified and opened externally.

OFP/Arma:CWC sample models
You need a PBO Manager application to unbinarize them and the Arma Tools suite to work with them. Mikero's Tools are also useful to modders.

Saving Loadouts on an Independant Server
Try using a pbo management util to manually pack the mission folder into a pbo from the 'missions' directory. Not sure how youre currently exporting, but try it a different way to start troubleshooting. Can't remember what util I have installed on my machine, but pboman3 looks and achieves similar to what I use, but there's a plethora of tools and routes so just have a look around for one that suits best.

Is the PBO Manager from Github safe?
I'm pretty paranoid about downloading some half-obscure software, especially in the form of an installer. So, can anyone tell me if this version is safe? I'd be really grateful.
