Does anyone know a reliable/safe Nintendo Switch emulator + where to download said emulator along with games for it? (ie. Pokemon Sword, Breath of the Wild)
Additionally, for the best emulation performance, you need the recent firmware and also title keys to even launch the games. For this, you should download a tool called EmuSak (https://github.com/CapitaineJSparrow/emusak-ui/releases/tag/v2.1.9), which also includes shader downloads for certain games to prevent stuttering during compilations. Just simply point it to the directory of the emulator you're using - it works for both Ryujinx and Yuzu - then install the firmware and download keys.

The official "website" is the Github repository at https://github.com/bsnes-emu/bsnes/ but some unknown entity has snagged bsnes.org and is now also publicly linking to SNES ROMs they host on Github (Github doesn't care, you can report those repositories as much as you want. If you're not a rights holder they won't do anything).

ryujinx doesn't save my games
I would also recommend doing this, the SNES app for switch is literally just a SNES emulator so you're literally emulating an emulator. There's no reason to do this, so I'd imagine that it's going to be hard to find someone who can actually help. It would be far easier and make far more sense to just use Snes9x or bsnes or something. Plus you'd be able to play rom hacks and stuff!
