Status of elementrary 7 for Raspberry Pi?
Cool. My goal in asking is to find out if there's anything I should know before trying to update the build script myself.. This is my first time trying to build an OS, so if I'm getting in way over my head, I'd definitely like to know that in advance.

Elementary OS 7
From what I understand, OSTree-based images[0] are in progress and will remediate this.

can I resell Raspberry Pi's with eOS on them?
elementaryOS is licensed under GPLv3. You may absolutely sell hardware that comes with it pre-installed, so long as any modifications you have made to the software are also released under GPLv3. There are non-commercial licenses, but they are not free and open source.

Can't get 2020 MacBook Pro to boot ElementaryOS from an etched usb drive. Getting stuck after the kernel initializes but before the OS launches.
Sounds like it's probably a bug that you'll wanna report to the eOS developers. They prefer getting those on their GitHub Issues page if you have a GitHub account

Pipewire and elementary 7
I really hope it does. I have a discussion open here: https://github.com/elementary/os/discussions/552

What is the possibility of an OSTREE type image
with elementary OS working on an OSTREE image what is the possibility of linux mint also joining in and also working on an OSTREE image for their distro?

Jólnir installer fails to load, kicks to login prompt. I haven't installed it or set a password yet...
I’m not sure tbh. I generally stay away from Nvidia because of issues like this. It’s probably worth opening a new issue report and maybe someone else has access to this hardware https://github.com/elementary/os

Elementary OS 6.1
Surprising enough (expectations set by decades of Debian/Ubuntu) that I had to look it up, but it's true https://github.com/elementary/os/wiki/Release-Upgrades#perfo...

- ElementaryOS 7 is a buggy mess of a distro. Very disappointed.

[Feature Request] - Pop Shop still does not show where an installation is coming from (normal apt/apt-get, Flatpak, Snap, etc.)
But it's a fork of https://github.com/elementary/appcenter

How to uninstall Mail, Calendar, Tasks in elementary 7?
There's already an open issue about it, and u/daniellefore has a lead on what could be the cause.

PopStore Freezing constantly.
The Pop!Shop isn't based of GNOME Software, but rather Elementary's Appcenter. I'm pretty sure it's a completely separate project. If I remember correctly, System76 worked with Elementary on this app.

Fedora should make their own software center to replace discover and gnome software center
Pop!_OS's "pop shop" is actually not their own creation. They borrowed/adapted it from another Ubuntu based distro ElementaryOS (these two projects seem to have a good working relationship and have borrowed from one another to the benefit of both). But credit where credit is due, the "Pop shop" is an attractive and well branded implementation/fork of the Elementary App Center. The pop team does make this clear on their github but most users seem unaware.

Please make a functional appstore
It works for me, but if you have any problems or a negative experience, describing this issue on GitHub (https://github.com/elementary/appcenter/issues) would be great!

hello I am a new user and I put elementary OS on my laptop and I can't get it Wi-Fi to work any ideas.
Try connecting with ethernet or thether your phone with USB. See here for a solution. Proposed drivers will not install correctly without proper kernel headers though I think it was fixed in a recent update. https://github.com/elementary/appcenter/issues/1603
