- How do I turn off Finder notifications? Under notification settings, Finder does not exist as an option. I already know “fix your disk connection” is what you want to say. Refrain, please. I just want an answer to my question.

Usb not working after sleep?
You could test it by unmounting a usb device, sleep the Mac, wake it and attach the dock and see, if it mounts again. If that is the case, then this or this (or anything else in that direction) will solve it by unmounting stuff before sleeping automatically.

-
SSD connected via my USB-C Monitor. Every time my computer goes to sleep I get this. Any way I can turn this notification off?
Build and install this free app, Ejectify (https://github.com/nielsmouthaan/ejectify-macos), and your problem will be solved.
